Nicolaus II
This design was first used for an instrument that was made for the Russian Tsar in the 18th century. The delicately worked panels are made of precious wood from the roots of a Walnut tree (Burr Walnut), lined by a vein of Maple. All this is embedded into a basis of French Walnut.
